Pro Team Carpet Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Customers can schedule services by phone, email, or through our website. Appointment times are approximate, and while we do our best to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or emergencies. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay.
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to areas that need to be cleaned. Please remove fragile or valuable items before service. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not removed or protected.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
